Episodes’ is a commentary of the poem ‘The Prodigy of Creation’, which briefly guides the reader through selected episodes from the blessed Seerah: from pre-Islamic events of the ‘Days of Ignorance’ to the last day of the Prophet’s (May peace and blessings be upon him) life.
The work attempts to draw the reader’s attention to the sacred personality of Muhammad (May peace and blessings be upon him) and his humanising biography, encouraging the reader to follow the path of Allah’s Most Beloved (May peace and blessings be upon him).
The book is currently stocked at ZamZam (Green Street), Jamia Siraj al Uloom (Leyton), Islamic Establishment (Leicester), Madina Bookshop (Green Street), Nakhla (Queens Road, Azhar Academy (Little Ilford Lane)

Mashallah, love the chart. Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "...benefit of prayer expands the chest & builds physical strength".
Jazakallah for your kind words.
There can be two possible interpretations:
For a man to have a large, toned chest in that time (and even today) was considered to be hugely impressive. A chest which is firm connotes the strength and the masculinity of a man and is a sign of his physical prowess. The statement "...benefit of prayer expands the chest & builds physical strength." is simply pertaining towards another blessing that comes out of praying properly on a regular basis. Both parts of the the statement are pushing towards the same idea that prayer increases ones physical assets. By doing this, a person can stop himself from being a soft laloo panjoo :)
However in terms of putting one at ease. Within the chest are the vital organs which help a person breathe and Ibn Qayyim rahimahullah writes in relation to medical virtues also. By constantly praying, Allah Ta'ala places peace and satisfaction in the persons chest. The Arabic term "sadr" is usually translated as chest but according to the context it also bares the meaning of "what is contained within the breast" meaning the heart. When a person continually prays, Allah Ta'ala will give him a huge amount of peace and contentment and will fill the servants heart with insight (meaning knowledge and recognition of Allah Ta'ala). This is further supported by Allah's Ta'ala statement, "Verily, the hearts find satisfaction in the rememberance of Allah". This does not mean that a person stop taking his asthma pump!
Jazakallah brother i shall trade my gym pass for salat and send you a before and after picture later.
:)
now now, its ok, no need for pictures!! :):)
